چکیده

To explain the relationship between rhizosphere fungi diversity and community composition of alfalfa under drought stress endogenous hormones in alfalfa, we used sand culture to investigate performance Medicago sativa ‘Qingshui’ (or QS), M. ‘Longdong’ LD), varia ‘Gongnong No. 4’ GN) with contrasting different degrees tolerance. After 7 days treatment, underwent significant changes, found Ascomycota Basidiomycota were dominant groups all treatments, indicating that drought-stressed environments play a crucial role shaping their communities. The results showed effects on α-diversity, Chao1, Pielou-e, Shannon Simpson rhizospheric fungi. index was highest for severe LD, while Chao1 moderate QS GN. indices respective controls. In addition, study had impact hormone concentrations roots. As increased, levels gibberellin (GA3) zeatin (ZA), as well GA3/abscisic acid (ABA) ratio, initially increased then decreased, observed stress, indole-3-acetic (IAA), IAA/ABA, (IAA + GA3 ZA) /ABA decreased lowest ABA content roots stress. correlation (12.8%) GA3/ABA (12.7%) identified driving factors

Effect of Endophytic fungi in Festuca arundinaceae proteome pattern changes under drought stress

In this research, have been investigated the effects of endophytic fungi from Neotyphidum genius that has mandatory symbiosis with tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea schreb) and drought stress on changes in the protein profile of the tall fescue species. This process requires changes in the gene and protein expression profiles. Since these proteins have not been reported for tall fescue species. ...

Study on protein Changes in wheat under drought stress

A study was performed to study the effect of drought stress on protein changes of five wheat genotypes. Wheat genotypes were planted in early November, growing season of 2008-2009. The experiment was carried out in a factotial design with three replications. Two drought stress levels (irrigated and Non irrigated) and five genotype of wheat (F103-L-1-12//PONY/OPATA, F1.158/FDL//BLO/3/SH14414/CRO...

Genetic diversity in spring wheat cultivars and relationships between traits under terminal drought stress

For evaluation of the traits related to water deficit stress in 20 spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars and subsequently  determination of the most tolerant and sensitive cultivars, an experiment was carried out in split plot based on randomized complete block design (RCBD) in the research farm of the University of Tabriz, Iran during 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 crop seasons. The first fac...

اثر قارچ میکوریزای آربوسکولار بر رشد، کلونیزاسیون ریشه و جذب فسفر بزرک (Linum ussitatissimum L.) تحت سطوح مختلف کم آبی

One of the most important limiting factors of crop growth in the arid and semi-arid regions is water deficit. Mycorrhizal fungi is one of the most important microorganisms in the rhizosphere. The effects of these fungi apply via changes on some of the characteristics of roots and nutrients uptake in host plants under drought conditions. In order to evaluate the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal ...
